This is a Information from Fukuoka International Exchange Foundation (FIEF)

Fukuoka International Exchange Foundation (FIEF) will be holding online classes from October to December this year for international residents over the age of 15 who want to learn Japanese which they can use in their everyday life.
There are 3 levels: Entry, Beginner 1, and Beginner 2.  (Classes are not aimed at intermediate Japanese speakers.)
This programme is  free of charge.
